A great nights training. All the students worked hard despite the heat. To help the students and the club improve we could do with more students. All ages are welcome young and old. Spread the word.

Sensai Ryan Kershaw and Sensai Jack Davis have both received there 4TH Dans in the last month. They have been training with us for over 10 years and are great students. Having got there blackbelts they decided that they wanted to give back and help teach what they have learnt over the years. They join Sensai Wez who received his last year who has also been dedicated to Shukokai karate. ‚Äč Getting your blackbelt takes dedication and hard work, have you got it in you. If so come and join us.
